At Pranay Baidya, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted in limited quantities, with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and longevity. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order, as many of our garments are made with intention and produced in small runs.
• Complimentary shipping within India on all orders.
• International shipping is available starting at INR 3,000, with final charges calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
• Orders are usually dispatched and delivered within 7–10 business days from order confirmation for domestic orders, and within 15–20 business days for international orders, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• As our process involves multiple stages—design, finishing, quality checks, and logistics—delivery timelines may occasionally vary. We always endeavour to minimise delays.
• If your order includes multiple styles, items may be shipped separately and delivered in instalments.
• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice over four working days. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our atelier. In such cases, store credit will be issued or re-shipping charges may apply.
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure availability at the selected delivery address.
• Delays due to customs clearance, interstate regulations, strikes, or logistical disruptions are beyond our control; however, we will keep you informed at every stage.
• Any delays arising from production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation, at which point you may choose to proceed or cancel your order.
• If we are unable to fulfil an order due to size unavailability, inventory constraints, or quality issues, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.
• For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
• Delivery delays may occur in the case of non-serviceable pin codes or regulatory restrictions.
• We do not offer returns.
• A one-time size exchange per order may be accommodated, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within seven days of receiving the product by “writing to us” (this text should be clickable and linked to pranaybaidya@gmail.com and pranaybaidya.atelier@gmail.com).
• For exchanges, the product will need to be shipped back to our atelier. The return shipping address will be shared via email once the exchange request is approved.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact.
• Each garment undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. Exchanges are accepted only in the case of damage during transit.
• Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Pieces purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
